Ownership of the site
The website AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM (hereafter Site) is owned by Drone Emotions Srl with registered office in Via Pedonale Isarco 5 – 20847 Albiate (Monza Brianza) – P. IVA 08844430960, registration Registro Imprese di Monza e Brianza Cap. soc. 100000 euro i.v. and is aimed at selling products and services online.
Applicable regulations
The sale and purchase of products and services by electronic means is governed by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code) on distance sales with consumers, and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 on electronic commerce. The sales contract entered into between the Customer and AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian Law.
Acceptance of general terms and conditions
By placing an order according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below. These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of goods, form an integral part of the contract of sale concluded between the Customer and AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM. Therefore, we invite you to carefully read these general conditions of sale, print them or otherwise keep a copy of them.
Mode of purchase
The Customer may purchase the products visible at AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM, illustrated on the homepage of the Site within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets.
Products posted on the site can be:
- “available” physically in stock and therefore, as such, orderable by the Customer;
- “pre-order now”, not yet in stock, but can be ordered by the Customer;
- “out of stock” In this case, the product cannot be ordered by the Customer, and if he/she wishes, he/she can leave his/her e-mail address to be notified if the product itself becomes available again.
In order to make purchases, it is not necessary to register with the site, although recommended.
When the purchase is made, the Customer has the opportunity to choose the Mode of Delivery and Payment of the product that he/she prefers. Acceptance of the order by AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM is confirmed by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer when placing the order at the Site. AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the order; in the event, we will communicate the cancellation of the order. The Customer agrees to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation email and promptly report to AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM any errors or omissions.
The order confirmation email contains the following data:
- Order number and date
- Product(s), quantity, price
- Payment type chosen
- Cost of Transportation
- Total order amount
Prices
The sale prices of the products published on the Site are inclusive of VAT and WEEE Eco-contributions. In the event that incorrect prices are identified due to technical anomalies, AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Jurisdiction
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy (Art. 63 Legislative Decree 205/2006).
Conditions
These general conditions of sale shall remain valid and effective until they are amended and/or supplemented by AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM. Any amendments and/or supplements shall be effective from the date of their publication on the AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM website.
Legal warranty
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) all products for sale on this site are covered by the Legal Warranty. According to the Legal Warranty of 24 months Drone Emotions Srl (owner of the site DRONE-STORE.IT) is responsible to the consumer (the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, if any) for defects of conformity not detectable at the time of purchase. Defect of conformity exists when the product is not fit for the use for which it is to be habitually used, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the usual quality and performance of goods of the same type, is not suitable for the particular use intended by the consumer if brought to the knowledge of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (as indicated by Article 129 of the Consumer Code). Unless proven otherwise, defects of conformity arising within 1 (one) year after delivery of the goods are presumed to have existed on that date. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to the restoration, of the conformity of the good by repair or replacement (art. 135 bis of the Consumer Code). The consumer may request, at his or her option, the seller to repair the good or to replace it, free of charge in either case, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be made within a reasonable period of time from the Consumer’s request. Drone Emotions Srl will send the product for any repairs to the Manufacturer’s authorized Technical Service Center.
Time and manner of exercising the Legal Warranty
- The customer will need to open Ticket RMA through the DRONE-STORE.IT portal, “Product Return Form” section, fill out the form and print a copy of the generated RMA.
- Prepare the product for shipment by packing it carefully and including every accessory, instruction manual and everything originally contained in the product packaging, attach a copy of purchase and a copy of the previously generated RMA file.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products for sale on this site, in addition to being covered by the Legal Warranty, are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty . The Manufacturer’s Warranty is in addition to, but not in lieu of, the 24-month Legal Warranty that the consumer is entitled to by right anyway, under the conditions provided for by law. Duration, territorial extension and procedures for enforcing this warranty are set out in the appropriate form, prepared by the manufacturer.
Right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are regulated in Articles 50 to 68 (“distance contracts”) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides that the consumer has a period of thirty days from the delivery of a good to withdraw from a distance sales contract, without having to give any reasons and bearing the direct cost of returning the goods; in this case, he is entitled to obtain a refund of the payments made to the seller, including any delivery costs. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audiovisual products and computer software products opened by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, that is:
- In the absence of the original packaging;
- in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.);
- for damage to the product
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (individuals who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), so it cannot be exercised by legal persons and individuals acting for purposes related to their professional activity, if any. Returns are not accepted for orders placed by resellers.
The cost of returning the product, as mentioned above, is the responsibility of the Customer.
How and when to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the customer service department within 30 days of receipt of the goods that you wish to withdraw from the contract in the following ways:
- By filling out the online “Product Return Form.”
or
- sending a registered letter with return receipt to the following address/number:

Within three working days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, Drone Emotions Srl will send to the Customer, to the email address indicated in the order or withdrawal request, the Return Authorization Number (RMA) that will identify the case.
Within 10 working days after receipt of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, the Customer will ship to: Drone Emotions Srl – Via Pedonale Isarco 5 – 20847 Albiate (Monza Brianza).
The product carefully packed in the original packaging and complete with every accessory, instruction manuals and everything originally contained, indicating on the packaging the Return Authorization Number (RMA) assigned by AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM customer service.
How and when to reimburse the Customer for the cost of the product
AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM will refund within 14 days from the day it was informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM will make the refund following the return of the product and verification of its integrity. AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM will proceed with the refund by bank transfer. For purchases made by Credit Card payment, the refund will be made by a transaction reversal directly to the Credit Card.
PLEASE NOTE: AGISOFTMETASHAPE.COM reserves the right to remove or edit content on the site at its discretion, to suspend or terminate an account, in case of violation of applicable legal provisions or conditions posted on the site.
Payments
Credit cards. We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards, issued exclusively in Italy. With payment by credit card no surcharge will be charged. For all credit cards it is necessary to enter the code CVV2 otherwise the order will be cancelled. For credit cards of the Visa, MasterCard circuit the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits found on the back of the card.
Please note
It may happen that after entering the credit card information and CVV2, you may also be asked for an additional code or some specific data. This happens because some banking institutions require a specific procedure to enable the use of the credit card online. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to know the code to be entered, you should contact your banking institution directly. The order paid by credit card before being entrusted to the Courier, could be subjected, directly with the relevant banking institution, to a “verification of genuineness” (verification by which the actual ownership of the credit card is ascertained). In the event that a “genuineness verification” is activated, the customer will be notified by DRONE-STORE.IT via email. If the bank communicates to DRONE-STORE.IT any irregularity related to the credit card used DRONE-STORE.IT will proceed with the cancellation of the order giving contextual communication via email.
Bank Transfer consists of the transfer, of an amount executed by a bank on the instructions of the debtor/orderer, to a correspondent bank in the country of the beneficiary, with an invitation to make an unconditional payment to the latter. The transfer of any sum of money may involve any type of underlying transaction of a mercantile, nonmercantile, financial or compensatory nature, from one party to another through the banking channel.
Paypal protects all buyer information by adopting the most advanced security systems. If you choose Paypal as a means of payment you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where by entering the e-mail address and password of your personal account you can make the payment for your order. This payment system requires the opening of an account on PayPal, which you can do on the site itself.
Privacy Protection
Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 for requests sent through the site. The undersigned company informs that, the data you provide, will be processed for the sole purpose of processing your request to purchase our products, limited to the execution of legal and contractual obligations related to it. The provision of data is optional, however, failure to provide them will result in the impossibility of obtaining what may be requested. The data provided will be processed both on paper and computer, as well as electronically in order to execute your request, by means of systems that in all cases are designed to protect the confidentiality of your data. The data you release will be kept for the time strictly necessary to take into consideration your request and the same may come to the knowledge of all those in charge of the processing (identified for the purposes of the law) according to their authorization profile and any managers of the Company. Finally, we would like to inform you that art. 7 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree confers specific rights on each subject, interested in the processing of personal data concerning him/her.

Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03 (Rights of access to personal data and other rights)
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of processing.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
(a) updating, rectification or, when interested, supplementation of data;
(b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. Regarding the modalities of exercising your rights, please refer to the provisions of articles no. 8 and 9 of Legislative Decree 196/03.
